Delivery of the Glen Moray range of malts is sadly impossible to those within either the USA or Canada due to customs laws. However, our range of merchandise products (non-alcohol) is available throughout the world.

We have covered many countries in the delivery rates and guidelines section. However, should you have any queries about the cost of the delivery for your order, that are not answered below, then please do not hesitate to contact Iain at the Distillery on: visitor.centre@glen-moray.co.uk

Carriers
We use a range of carriers but our main ones are:

• The Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery service in the UK for small order units (ie 1 bottle).
• DHL for all other deliveries in the UK.
• Parcelforce for all deliveries within Europe and the Rest of the World.

Lead Times
All deliveries will be made within 28 days. As a practical guide, the normal lead times for delivery are:

• Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK: 1-2 days
• DHL in the UK 2-3 days
• Parcelforce in Europe 5-7 days
• Parcelforce in Rest of World Up to 10 days

On top of these lead times, you should allow 5 days for order processing and assembly.

Making The Delivery
There are many practical aspects of successfully delivering a product to the recipients premises. We want to ensure we take all of these on board and, in so doing, strive to achieve a successful delivery. To this end, we work to the following practical guidelines:

• All deliveries will be signed for, where possible, by the recipient.
• If the recipient is out at the time of delivery, a card is left for the recipient to call and either rearrange the delivery or, in the case of The Royal Mail and Parcelforce, they can collect from the sorting office.
• Delivery is restricted to home addresses only with PO Box Numbers and work/office addresses excluded.

Rates
These are quoted separately for bottles of Glen Moray Malt Whisky and the range of merchandise. All prices are quoted in pound sterling and inclusive of VAT.

All prices quoted are per bottle but with the rate varying in line with the number of bottles ordered for delivery to a single address.

Gift Collection
Delivery charge for gifts is £6 for all items under 1kg in weight. For purchases of multiple gift items that come to a total weight of over 1kg you will be contacted by the distillery with confirmation of the final delivery cost.
